You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions made regarding your relationship based on the results of this assessment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts & Access

This is a public application that does not require an account to use. If you purchase a report, your access is tied to your unique test session and payment reference. Please retain your report URL if you wish to revisit your results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the test questions, scoring algorithms, report templates, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Before Forever You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the scoring system, abuse the payment system, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Stripe (for payment processing) and AI providers (for report generation). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Before Forever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or financial losses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
